Doctrinal Statement
We believe in the absolute and eternal sovereignty of God over all his creation.
We believe in the triune nature of God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (why don't you know the difference between Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost?)
We believe in the total depravity of man. There is no means by which man can justify himself before God without elective grace and the redemptive work of Christ.
We hold, and defend, what is commonly known as "Calvinism" without the obvious errors (what obvious errors? Since you studied so much you should be able to site them for me. Click on >> Let's see how smart you are) of Calvin, and other Reformers, as it is, in reality, Biblical truth.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who created all things, and was God manifest in the flesh, and sacrificed himself for the sins of the world.
We believe that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures (Oh is that so! WHAT SCRIPTURES?); and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.
We believe in Divine election and God's intervention in the lives if His own, before, during, and after their conversion. That all true believers can confidently rest in the saving, keeping, and continuing grace of God's elective work.
We believe that God preserved His Word (yea right Kenny! Everything but the capatilazation...that you "correct"! Click on >> Do you practice what you preach?) for us in the English language when it was translated as the Authorized Version in 1611, which is now known as the King James Version. We use the King James Version as the sole, complete, and final authority on doctrine and practice. (really!? Explain pages 88 and 204 of King Farces's book "Genesis chapters 1-25") We believe that the King James Version is the word of truth - the Word of God.
We believe that the Bible is about God's plan for two chosen groups of people: the children of Israel, and the church which is His Body.
We believe that the word of truth must be studied and rightly divided; especially as to what is to Israel, and what is to the church. (excuse me oh Biblical one, I hardly see how you can rightly divide the word of truth when you don't know what the word of truth is. Click on >> Hey Ken, you have a problem)
We believe that the Bible is a book of progressive revelations and is complete within itself. There are no new doctrinal revelations outside the Holy Scriptures. (right on Kenny! Like pages 88 and 204 in the above comment)
We believe God has progressively revealed Himself from the beginning of the Bible to the end of it.
We believe the risen Lord progressively revealed to the apostle Paul doctrinal changes and doctrinal mysteries that pertain to the church, which is His Body. (Ohhhh, doctrinal chances, huh! How about this one. Click on >> Say What King Holy Farce!?)
We believe that the apostle Paul is the appointed authority, apostle, preacher, and teacher to the church. We believe the church which is His Body, began when it was revealed to the apostle Paul after the close of the Acts period.
